Purchase conditions of Hotel Marina

A valid credit card number will be required to confirm the reservation.


WEB RATE: Cancellation Policy: The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the price of the first night if they cancel within 2 days of the arrival date.


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: the full amount of the booking will be billed; this rate does not accept changes or cancellations.


Hotel Marina reserves the right to correct any discrepancies in the rate calculated by the system. In this case, the hotel will notify the customer of the correct rate within 24 hours. The customer may accept the change or cancel their reservation.

Hotel Marina reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night during the 48 hours prior to the arrival of the client.


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All prices include 10% VAT.

*Tourist tax not included:

From 01/04/26, the tourist tax (not included) will be €0.99 per person/day for those 17 years of age and older. Maximum rate per person: €6.93 (7 days).


Breakfast is included in the room price.


Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00


Reservations of 4 or more rooms will be considered group reservations; therefore, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged to the credit card provided.


PETS

• A maximum of one pet per room is allowed.

• Only dogs are allowed (maximum weight 25kg); cats, birds, reptiles or any other animals are not allowed.

• A room cleaning fee of €18/night will be applied.

• The animal owner is responsible for maintaining the animal in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. The client must bring proof of current vaccination.

• The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet, whether to third parties or to the furniture. The cost of any damage caused during the stay will be added to the final bill.

• Hotel Marina reserves the right to refuse pets that cause disturbance to other guests or exhibit inappropriate behavior during their stay.

• The client is responsible for their pet and its behavior at all times. If the pet's behavior is inappropriate and causes disturbance to other guests, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the client's stay.

• Guests must book a double room with a balcony if they bring a pet. (Subject to availability at the hotel) Pets are strictly prohibited in common areas: spa, pool, and fitness room, except for the hotel's circulation areas.

•Customers with pets who book via: BOOKING must contact the hotel to inform them of the pet's weight.

* To enter or leave the hotel premises, you must always keep your pet securely tied up and on a short leash.

• Your pet may not be left alone in the room at any time. This is to prevent potential disturbances to other guests from barking or crying, as well as damage to the room's furnishings.

• Customers are asked not to allow their pets on the beds or sofas.

• When the animal is not in the room, please notify the hotel staff so that it can be cleaned.

• Pets cannot be bathed in the bathrooms or showers of the rooms, nor can towels be used to dry them.


HOTEL SUPPLIES

Hotel Marina reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for the replacement cost of any theft, robbery or damage to room items (towels, bathrobes, decorations, pillows).
